1、practice    （n.）  训练

There's a basketball practice every Friday evening.  每星期五晚上有篮球训练。

2、return（v.）归还；返回

I must return some books to the library.  我得把一些书还给图书馆。

I returned from school to find the house empty.   我放学回来，发现屋里空无一人。

3、open（v.） 开封，拆开；打开（门、窗等）

The envelope is opened.  信封被拆开了。

He opened the window and looked out.  他打开窗户往外看。

4、member （n.） 成员

I become a member of a book club. 我成了读书俱乐部的一员。

5、close （v.）暂停营业；关闭

 Shops are closed on the Spring Festival.   商店在春节期间停业。

 If you are cold, close the window.  要是冷，就把窗户关上。

6、off   (adv.) 减价的；（介词）从（交通工具）上下来 

All shirts have/are 10% off.    衬衣全部减价10%。

Don't try to get on or off a moving train!   火车运行时，请勿上下车！
