写作步骤：

Step1：审题并将必须回复的三个要点勾画，并确定动词时态

1. What did the doctor say? （did 作为时态标志词，因此在回复中要注意使用一般过去时进行表达）

2. something I can  get for you? （要具体写明需要的具体事物是什么；或如果不需要，可以直接委婉回答）

3. come and visit you? （回复可以拜访的时间）

Step2：确定要点并逐一回复文章所有问题

1. stay at home a few days-rest

2. magazines please

3. any time/text or phone first

Step3：文章格式构建

1. 问候语

2. 文章body部分

3. 结束语

Step4：成文
